Is similar to asking which is more essential for being a human - mind, heart or soul? And believe me, I have thought this over many times, well then, please, let me philosophize for short.

Ideas are the Soul of the Studio!

Yes, and you would think “why the soul and not the mind?”, it sounds more logical, correct, but an idea is not a substance rather than it can be turned into one.

Everything started with the idea, right? It’s not me saying this but the holy bible, I beg your pardon, if you’re not religious, just quoting here: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God”. "Word", is a translation of the Greek word logos (λόγος) which I relate to Idea, Reason behind. Thus, the core of the World is the idea, sense inspirited the creation of life, and hence life was "injected" into the earth by logic.

Processes are the Mind of the Studio!

Mind is the essence of the brain hence it's a materia. The substance can be transformed into products. Processes are the one component producing results. Remember? - “The Creator made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day”,  or something like that, anyway, there was a clear process.

Then The Creator brought human beings into the World in his own image. Team is the reflection of the Studio founder-his own character, his dreams and ambitions, the traits he’s eager to adopt. And when the essential people are involved, the Studio gets going, the heart starts beating.

Team is the heart of the Studio!

As long as it beats and is fit everything else is alive and healthy in a perfectly functioning mechanism like a human body-the most flawless creation on earth.

So...

Would you live without soul, mind and heart? Exactly, like the studios won’t go on without Ideas, Processes and the Team.  You cannot operate a successful Studio with ideal processes in place but an irrelevant team. On another hand, the most badass team won’t be able to bring results without discipline. Brilliant teams have the best ideas. But excellence won’t be possible without the proper flow and ongoing perfecting of the operational routine.
